What is Career Circles’ Code of Conduct?

Taggd Career Circles, are invite-only groups of like-minded professionals here anything related to careers in a particular Industry and Job Family can be discussed. Members can share their experiences, get inputs from experts or have open discussions on various aspects of career.

DOs. For the Career Circles to be as successful as possible, we ask that you:

  1.  Contribute and share: The more questions you ask, the more discourse you engage in, and the more answers you can provide, the richer a resource the Career Circles will become for all users.
  2.  Don’t hold back: Members and their platform proficiency range dramatically and so should your questions – there is no such thing as a stupid question. Others can learn from the challenges you have faced just as they can learn from your successes.
  3.  Be courteous: Be professional, polite, and non-judgmental. Any discussions should remain constructive and focused on the issue at hand.
  4.  Mentor: Be a resource for other Career Circle members just starting out. Even if you don’t feel like you have the expertise or correct answer, you can still help out a fellow member and provide guidance. Set the Career Circle example by being friendly and encouraging others to participate.

DON’Ts. Although members of the Career Circles are professionals and unlikely to engage in questionable behaviour, we would like to remind you of a few hard rules. Do not:

  1.  Post spam, including but not limited to sharing the same Content multiple times on the same thread, sharing irrelevant Content, or offering unsolicited commercial services.
  2.  Share private information, including but not limited to pricing, your private interactions with Relativity, and personal information.
  3.  Make abusive, derogatory, or otherwise offensive remarks, including but not limited to libelous or defamatory remarks, slurs, discrimination, and the promotion of negative sentiments against individuals.
  4.  Promote competitors: While discussions involving other Recruitment software will inevitably arise, please refrain from explicitly promoting other software. It goes without saying that the advertising and/or selling of competing for software is not welcome.

Moderation. While Taggd will make all efforts to ensure that your experience with Career Circles is a positive one, we acknowledge that issues may arise from time to time. We rely on you to help us maintain this platform by identifying and communicating problems should they arise.
